We want to build a better future for our community by reimagining public education. Leveraging curriculums designed by educators in conjunction with business leaders, we’re giving students access to education opportunities that actually propel them toward their goals and set them up for professional success.
Why now
Fairfax County’s education system is missing the mark, focusing on disruptive proposals like countywide boundary changes, which will create tremendous instability within our communities, instead of empowering students for success. The DREAMSTREAM Foundation provides a better solution: clear, practical pathways for students to achieve personal and professional fulfillment in their careers in the areas of Science, Technology, Recreation, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STREAM).
By partnering with educators and business leaders, we aim to create roadmaps that offer real-world skills, as well as access to internships and certifications, which will connect students to career opportunities.
